About
Having spent 20+ years studying and practicing a diverse range of yogic disciplines, Lindsay continues to immerse herself in various styles of yoga, meditation, and healing modalities.Lindsay’s practice has consistently had a positive effect on how she interacts with herself, and in turn, how she navigates life. Her own experience of finding solace and resilience through practice is what inspires her to share what she has learned with others.
What to expect
Lindsay has trained in hatha, kundalini, and restorative yoga, all of which influence the content of her work. As a qualified sound healing practitioner, she combines therapeutic sound with yogic practices to enhance her teachings, which invite you to play with strength and softness in a way that honours your personal edge, enabling the restoration of internal balance and clarity.Yoga philosophy is a common thread throughout Lindsay’s classes, where participants are encouraged to explore the nature of consciousness via their relationship with body, mind, and breath. The practice doesn't end when the class finishes - Lindsay offers practical tools and teachings to facilitate the management of life's challenges off the yoga mat.With a decade of experience in holding space for all levels of ability, you will be always be met where you are at with warmth and compassion.
